Neej Neej Mazya Baala.

Hello Friends, today's lullaby is one of the old lullaby written in 1897..

  1. do you know the angai that goes some thing like...
neej majhya chakulya chimanya raja, nijare ladiwala... nijali ti darawar taru weli, nejali ambai.

    and there's also something like
    Jo Jo re ladiwala, baala
    jo jo re ladiwala.

my grand ma used to sing the for me. she expired when i was in third grade, so was unable to byheart them myself as i used to see her once or twice a year. I would much appriciate it if you could post the lyrics of these lullabys

  3. Thanks a ton to whoever posted these lyrics. In 2015, I sing this song to my 6 year old son. My father used to sing this for me and I wanted to get the complete lyrics, not knowing that this song was composed in 1897 !!! Really thrilled to know that song was passed down five generations.

My daughter said once that why are you singing a song of poverty to my daughter ? I told her, dear, it's the song of reality, and not poverty. It teaches you the values of life. It says money is not everything, it's your character. Sheel, charitrya.
Very touching song. It just go to the head and calms you down.
